Rebecca Tibbetts

Rebecca is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC, NCC) with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina Central University.  Rebecca works out of our Cary location and specializes in adolescent, adult, and couples counseling.

Rebecca approaches therapy from a values and emotions-based, mindful, and non structured therapeutic relationship.  She uses multiple treatment approaches to include Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and more modalities depending on the needs of the individual or couple. 

Rebecca has experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, PTSD, addictions, disruptive mood dysregulation disorders, and relationship difficulties to include the non-monogamy/kink community.

In her free time, Rebecca loves playing disc golf with her partner, hiking with her dog, book clubs with friends, crocheting, and eating cheeseburgers.
